Offshore staffing and employer-of-record (EOR) firms can place a remote worker with your firm and handle payroll. What usually stays with you is the hard part: training them in immigration work, supervising them and checking what they produce. Bella takes that on.
The short answer
In a typical staffing or EOR arrangement, the worker is placed with you and your firm directs them. A Bella assistant is hired, trained and managed by Bella, and accountable to our office manager.
Bella assistants train hands-on inside a working immigration law firm before they join yours, so your attorneys don’t become the training program.
Bella’s office manager reviews each assistant’s work every day, before it reaches the attorney. In most placements, that review is your attorneys’ job.

A fair comparison
If your firm already has an experienced immigration paralegal or office manager with time to train and review a new hire, and you want a worker directed entirely by your own team, a staffing or EOR arrangement can work well. If you want the training, supervision and quality review handled for you, that is what Bella is built for.
